Psychometric Assessments

Psychometric assessments is a standard and scientific method used to measure and determine an individual’s mental (cognitive and emotive) capabilities and behavioural styles. We use a holistic approach in our psychometric assessments by combining different assessments to ensure that your specific needs are addressed and useful feedback is provided for better decision-making. We guarantee service excellence and professionalism at all times and undertake to provide the client with the most accurate information possible. Our psychologists are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and offer an integrated report per individual assessed as well as further recommendations when necessary.

How we will apply psychometric assessments

A comprehensive assessment battery (consisting of an emotional intelligence assessment, personality profile and/or other relevant tests) will be utilised by a registered industrial psychologist during the first phase (needs analysis) – to determine the current overall profile of the relevant team. Areas for development will be identified – both holistically as a group, as well as individually. Group recommendations will be implemented and addressed during the second phase (group training). Individual recommendations will be addressed during the one on one coaching sessions. Employees will receive a comprehensive integrated psychometric assessment feedback report for development purposes. The feedback will not only be beneficial to them in their professional capacity, but for personal development as well.
