Allen earned his MCom in Human Resource Management from the University of Pretoria. Originating from Pretoria, he spent four years working as an HR Consultant in different industries.

Allen is deeply passionate about empowering employees and helping companies optimise their workforce. His motto “we rise by lifting others” fuels his specific interest in effective Human Capital Management.

He is an enthusiast of both sports and music, making a point to attend all related events. Additionally, he finds joy in hiking and cycling.
