Joep Joubert

MD and Chartered HR Practitioner

Joep graduated from Stellenbosch University, majoring in Psychology. He furthered his studies in Industrial Psychology (UNISA) and various other management and labour law programmes. He has extensive experience as an HR practitioner and organisational development consultant in the South African economy. Joep holds professional registrations as Chartered HR Practitioner (SABPP), as Coach / Mentor (COMENSA) as well as registration with the HPCSA.

He facilitated organisational development programmes in all the major sectors of the economy, including projects for both public and private sector organisations. As an HR specialist Joep consulted to a diverse and extensive client base over many years. He is the author of various publications and regularly appears as public speaker.
