The successful candidate will take responsibility for:

• Professional handling of the switchboard
• Receiving visitors and serving refreshments
• Assisting with compilation and preparation of documents
• General administrative support to the professional team
• Continuous liaison and coordination with the regional offices


• Grade 12 with relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Office Administration)
• At least two years’ relevant working experience (including administrative and clerical procedures)
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good numeracy and computer skills (MS Office & Excel, Outlook)
• Able to take initiative, work independently and perform well under pressure
• Willingness to learn, to help and to contribute positively as part of a team
• Professional appearance
