Maars Medical is a young medical company headquartered in Paarl.
They are a boutique medical equipment supplier, focussing on Spinal surgery. They currently have the following flexible, half-day career opportunity for a dynamic, conscientious administrator with an entrepreneurial attitude within its team:

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• invoicing and payments
• personal assistance to the owners
• coordination and administration of rental agreements
• bank reconciliation
• personnel management
• assistance with stock administration
• purchases
• recordkeeping

The ideal candidate has the following knowledge, experience and skills:

• Gr.12 and/or appropriate tertiary qualification (office administration / accounting recommendation)
• proven experience as an office administrator / coordinator
• knowledge of and experience in the medical industry (recommendation)
• advanced computer skills (MS Office)
• excellent planning, organisational, prioritising and coordination skills
• good communication and interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English)
• accurate numerical and accounting skills
• task, detail and system oriented
• ability to work independently with little supervision
