OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (6 month temporary contract)

POREX SA provides specialist filtration and separation services for the food and beverage industry. The company requires the services of an Office Administrator to assist the Financial Manager with the reception and administration function of the company on a 6-month temporary contract.
Main responsibilities:
- Reception & switchboard duties
- Assistance with logistical administration and arrangements (organising couriers, preparing pallets for deliveries etc.)
- General administration and record keeping
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- General administrative experience
- Above average computer skills (MS Office)
- Accurate, detail orientated and thorough
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
A market-related remuneration package, in accordance with qualifications and experience, will be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
