The successful incumbemt will deliver professional HR services to various clients (Western Cape and nationally) on a consultancy basis.  Key performance areas will include the following:

• Psychometric Assessments
• Coaching and Mentoring
• Career Counselling
• Organisational Development
• Talent Management
• Labour Relations
• HR Policies and Procedures
• Compliance (EE, WSP/ATR)
• Remuneration
• Performance Management
• Training and Development
• General Business Consulting

The ideal candidate has:

• A Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology
• Professional registration with the HPCSA
• Minimum 3 years’ experience after professional registration
• Exceptional interpersonal (consulting) skills
• Above average writing skills (English and Afrikaans)
• Excellent project management skills
