Financial Administration Assistant

Good Hope Fruit is a marketer of fresh fruit grown sustainably and responsibly, and shipped globally for consumers to enjoy.  The company currently has a vacancy for an Admin Assistant in the Financial Department. The incumbent will provide administrative support to ensure efficient financial administration and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of export documentation
  • Preparation of PPECB documentation
  • Generate invoices as required
  • Assist with issuing of debit and credit notes
  • Communication and liaison with relevant role players
  • Assist with audit preparations
  • General admin support within Financial Department

Requirements:

  • Matric / relevant administrative or financial qualification
  • Sound knowledge of and experience in financial administration
  • Good computer skills (MS Office and QX)
  • Sound bookkeeping / accounting skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Above average numerical skills
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • Ability to function well under pressure and prioritize tasks
