The company currently has a vacancy for an Admin Assistant in the Financial Department. The incumbent will provide administrative support to ensure efficient financial administration and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of export documentation
- Preparation of PPECB documentation
- Generate invoices as required
- Assist with issuing of debit and credit notes
- Communication and liaison with relevant role players
- Assist with audit preparations
- General admin support within Financial Department
Requirements:
- Matric / relevant administrative or financial qualification
- Sound knowledge of and experience in financial administration
- Good computer skills (MS Office and QX)
- Sound bookkeeping / accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Above average numerical skills
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Ability to function well under pressure and prioritize tasks
